Cleaning Wall Mounted Split Type Aircon

CLEANING SERVICE INCLUSIONS:

1. Initial check-up before cleaning, unit inspection to check if the aircon is cooling properly.
2. Refrigerant or Freon pressure level check-up.
3. Indoor Unit Cleaning: filter, evaporator fins, coils, fan blower, and indoor drain.
4. Outdoor Unit Cleaning for condenser fins, coils, and fan blade.
5. Final testing and observation.

 ITEMS NOT INCLUDED:

1. Repair of defective parts found upon check-up before and after the cleaning.
2. Recharging of Freon or refrigerant.
3. Processing of work permits.
4. Parking Fees
